This hour long class is sure to put you in the right head-space for your busy life by starting with Meditation, where we set your intention for the day and then flow to a gentle style of yoga to ease in to it.
Lunch Hour Flow & Stretch
A perfect supplement to your morning grind and a way to help sore bodies who sit at a desk all day. Get moving with 45 min of Power Flow! This class improves circulation, releases endorphins and works the entire body. Then we turn our focus on deep stretches and flexibility, creating long lean muscles and increasing mobility.
Afternoon Deep Stretch & Meditation
This class is a peaceful way to close a busy day and is a perfect supplement to your work out routine. We focus on deep stretches and flexibility, creating long lean muscles and increasing mobility. The hour ends with a guided Meditation and relaxation exercise that let's you release your stress before you start your evening.

Rise n' shine and energize. We take the best part of meditation, add breathing exercises and incorporate gentle stretching right at your desk.
